  1. Agreement

By accessing and using the services provided by Helix Design Cabinetry Maker (“Helix Design,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

  1. Services Offered

Helix Design provides custom cabinetry design and manufacturing services in Auckland, New Zealand. Our services include but are not limited to consultation, design, fabrication, and installation of cabinetry.

  1. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Quotations: All quotations provided by Helix Design are valid for a specified period and are subject to change after the expiration date.

3.2 Orders: Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and any required initial payment.

3.3 Payment: Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the quotation and/or agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in order delays or cancellation.

  1. Design Approval

4.1 Design Process: Helix Design will provide design concepts and revisions as needed. Design approval must be provided in writing before manufacturing begins.

4.2 Changes: Any changes to the approved design after the manufacturing process has started may incur additional charges.

  1. Manufacturing and Installation

5.1 Lead Time: The manufacturing and installation timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 Site Readiness: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the installation site is prepared as per the agreed-upon specifications.

  1. Warranty

Helix Design warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. Refer to the warranty document provided with the product for details.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Helix Design shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to its services.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts in Auckland.
